Unpermitted ADU with its own address
Hi all, I'm considering a home in Contra Costa County that has an unpermitted ADU. The ADU shares utilities with the main house because they dont have separate meters. At the same time this ADU has its own address. I know permitted ADU can get its own address but how does non permitted unit get a separate address?
