My company is relocating me from CA to MA, however I'm unfamiliar with Mass.  I'm looking to purchase a duplex as soon as I'm settled in, reaching out for any insight on good markets within Massachusetts to consider.  And by good I mean appreciating, possibly cash-flowing etc.  Thank you!

@Craig Lang - I love the Worcester market, it has so much going on. Worcester is the quickest growing cities in New England, has one of the fastest growing biotech hubs, has a ton of school, hospitals and even has the WooSox, a minor league team of the Red Sox. A ton of really good developments are occurring in Worcester. It has a nice balance of cash flow and appreciation. You can regular hit the 1% rule here.
