Any Tips For House Hacking in Miami
With the way things are in Miami I have found trouble looking for cheap properties I can turn into duplexes. They are either not in ideal locations or are too expensive. Miami is known for having a big apartment market I and feel as though my potential duplex would be lost in all the noise. Any tips?

Hi Alex! I'm also a beginner investor in the Miami area. How about purchasing a single family home with extra square footage, creating a private entrance for a room, and doing the house hacking method this way? You can even try AIRBNBing the room and make some extra cash!
