How to utilize the detached office space?

Hey all, I am trying to get to my next house hack and move out of my current primary. My strategy is to make a big single family into 2-3 small units and rent then out separately. In my market, I see a couple of houses which has a 150-200 sq ft office space with electrical and no plumbing, How can i utilize that space to have more potential income ? Some ideas i had was to put a small kitchenette or to extend the un permitted bonus room to make it to a ADU

@Aditya Kohli I can't imagine someone would want to rent out an office space if they can't also go to the bathroom there.

Kitchenette and rent on a STR site is a great idea. I have done that with garages.

Great idea, i am in a suburban area of San Francisco so not sure how to access the demand for it , but I ll definitely keep it in mind when evaluating the next deal

Furnished office space with Wi-Fi, maybe turn it into a virtual conference space for workers to use for zoom calls, virtual tutoring, etc?

I like the kitchenette idea! Just make sure everything is permitted. I have a lender who can help refinance on permitted adu projects if you need it 👍
