Refinancing OUT of a FHA

Mikey Shannon
Posted

hey bigger pockets community. First time house hacker here. I'm getting into my first house hack and I'm thinking about my exit strategy. Can anyone describe their experience of refinancing after a year so that you'd be able to get another FHA in the same state. Thanks everyone

Andrew, if you live in the property for one year as a HH then refinance and are still in a FHA or conventional, would you be required to live in the property for another year?
