FHA Loan and House Hacking?
I travel for work and I had the idea of buying a home and doing short term rentals (Air Bnb), while I am away. I was wondering if I use the first time home buyer FHA Loan, if I can also rent out the property while away? I'm asking because I know it has to be my primary residence and didn't know if there was any conflict with it.
