    Hey @Walter McDonald - I'm an investor & broker in NYC. In these instances you should ask yourself what type of tenant you want to attract. 

    If you want to attract the type of tenant that doesn't expect a kitchen then go for it. Most stable tenants that are dependable to pay their rent on time and won't move every lease renewal typically expect a kitchen (even if its shared).
