Just bought my first home it’s a duplex, house hack?
So I just bought my first home, closed on it in January in Clarksville, Tennessee. It is up and growing, the second largest city in Tennessee. The rent from one side is a little bit below the comps that I have found in the area. I already have a Property Manager managing that side and I will live on the other. how long before I should go buy another? (Yes, I know I have to live in it for a year)
