Property layout concern

Hello everyone. I am a rookie investor and I am eyeing this 2 story 5 bed 2 full bath property in Michigan. I toured it today and am seriously considering putting an offer in bc the house is turnkey and in great condition but I have one concern. One of the bathrooms is located inside one of the bedrooms. I'm concerned that this may not be desirable for tenants as that would leave only one bathroom for the 4 of them to share unless whoever's is staying in the room is willing to share their en suite bathroom. Is this a valid concern or nothing to worry about?

Hopefully this bathroom is part of the biggest or best located bedroom - then it would be a master bath. Usually a good feature.

Can you add another half-bath somewhere?
