Hello again!

After careful consideration, I have finally desided to focus my efferts in getting my first House Hack! or House that I can Hack? I am not really sure on the termanology of it all yet haha. Anyways, my next goals are to find a good lender that'll help me get a FHA loan, find a realible agent to help me find exclusive deals, and finally (the most imortant) is to figure out the best way that I can finance the property for closing cost etc. Again if anyone has some advice feel free to reach out. Thank You!

Great move focusing on a house hack. Lock your terms first: compare 2–3 FHA lenders on rate, PMI, and seller credit flexibility, then get a fully underwritten preapproval so your offer is strong. Define a clear buy box for small multis or a layout with an easy roommate/ADU setup, and have a property manager sanity‑check market rents. Plan closing funds by stacking: ask for seller credits toward closing, use allowable gift funds, and price out down‑payment assistance or a small 0% promo card for minor repairs after closing. Analyze 20–30 options, offer on the top few, and let inspection renegotiation tighten the deal.
