Rent by the room
Hey BP community,
I am looking to rent one of my units by the room. I was hoping someone could help guide or video with the screening. What screening procedures do you use with soemone without credit. Also how do you go about showing the room. I am also looking to rent them unfurnished. I am providing internet, and all utilities.
Can someone assist me please. I am new to this.
