Tips for first time home investor that is house hacking

Posted

I am 19 years old, and I just co-signed on my first investment which I also live in. It's a four-plex near the University of Arizona. I'm looking for advice on how to grow my knowledge on the investing world while still being a college student. Everything helps! Thanks.

Whats up! Good for you!

I would start looking into real estate investment meet ups in your area. Go to these. Connect with investors, agents, lenders, lawyers, etc. Learn from all these people they love to answer questions. Also, yes listen to podcast like bigger pockets. They have a rookie podcast which is great and I think their old episodes are great on the main channel.
Look into these topics to grow as an investor and throughout time you will find your niche investment strategy but these will be applicable in most.
