How to Market your unit
Congrats, I closed on my first house hack duplex. Currently, I'm prepping the rental unit- it doesn't require much work it seems. I'm curious to know how you all promote or market the unit to get tenants. I've posted in Zillow, so far, I have only one lead. At the same time, I've heard a lot of bad reviews about Zillow.
What would be the best approach to market the unit online and also conduct screenings. Also, at what point should I do the tours? Prescreening or post screening. I need all the answers I can get. Thank you
