8 BRs rented. What next.
Hello, I have 2 5/3 houses. I rent out a total of 8 rooms. I live in one room and have an office.
Ive settled in these properties for a few years. What do people do after house hacking? Start property management?? BRRRR?? House Hack again?? I could buy another 5/3 with a conventional 20% down mortgage and keep growing. For reference I live in Sacramento.
