Hello, everyone. I'm looking to potentially buy a multi-family home to house hack in CT. I currently work in Watertown, CT and would like to live within half an hour of my job. Which markets do you guys recommend considering crime rate, job growth, school district, appreciation and growing cash flow? Any feedback helps and is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
