I just finished this read. 30-day stay is a book that will really walk you through how to be successful with MTRS. I personally have a successful Airbnb and looking to get a few more going. I like the idea of using Vrbo and focusing on rentals around hospitals, targeting traveling nurses is a great way to make MTRs cash flow. I also like the idea of rentals around airports and targeting flight attendants, crash pads are also a  great way to make a rental  cash flow.  With interest rates where they are, the best way to make money is to rent furnished  by the month or the day!
