6months booking request on airbnb
A prospective tenant wants a 6months booking on airbnb. How can I screen the tenant for background checks, credit, affordability etc? Is a lease needed?. Please share if anyone has encountered this situation before. Thanks all.

When I get a long term booking on airbnb I keep everything through airbnb. Payment, communication et al
You can ask them to go through a background check and sign a lease prior to accepting the booking.
I use avail for my leases and background check
