Best source for rental prices and data

Where is everyone going for data on pricing? Which sites have it all?

For data on MTRs? I havent been able to find a good site. I just look at furnished finder and see the competition then try to rehab slightly above that and expect the same price. Furnished Finder does send you data when you sign up but I dont trust it.
