Mid-Term Rentals in Rockford, IL
Hello all! My husband and I are considering buying a property in Rockford, IL. I am wary of Rockford in general due to crime and low (if any) appreciation, but like the numbers we are seeing as far as returns on mid-term rentals. Anyone experienced in the mid-term rental market in Rockford? Any tips? This would be our first mid-term rental. Thank you!

Just like any city Rockford has every type of neighborhood and with a little diligence, you will find it’s a great place to invest. Properly screening potential tenants is key! We have had great luck in Rockford. I’m from Rockton Illinois and always look to Rockford for great potential deals. Good luck!
