Hi all, I have been recently relocated to the beautiful city of Raleigh, NC. I am currently in the market for a new property and would like to explore the medium-term rental possibilities. I was hoping to tap into the local knowledge and expertise of this esteemed group, and inquire if anyone here has any personal experience or market insight regarding medium-term rentals in the Triangle area. I would be very grateful to hear any advice, recommendations, or creative ideas that could help me achieve my goals. Thank you all in advance for your time and valuable input.

Hey Ramon I'm in the same position as you. We have a great hospital network in the triangle and I'm considering renting my rooms out as MTR. I know for WakeMed Raleigh location, a lot of the hospital staff live in NE, E, SE, S Raleigh, Garner, Knightdale, Cary. You'd probably have best luck buying properties in Knightdale and Garner due to escalating home prices. The area around WakeMed Raleigh campus is not the most desirable part of Raleigh. Let's connect!
