Medium Term Rental PM Prospecting Software Question

Hey everyone,

I'm slowly becoming my areas go-to person for MTR related questions and help. I've had numerous people ask me if I would help them prospect for potential MTR tenants. I was thinking of the best way to go about performing the task. For my personal properties, I lump them together on the same furnished finder/Airbnb accounts/email chain with ALE solutions/Staffing agencies.

For other investors - should I just make one Furnished Finder account and lump them all together or should I make a separate Furnished Finder account for each individual account that I manage? What is your strategy?

We also keep all our properties in the same accounts. I don't see any reason to separate it as long as you're record keeping and bookkeeping system is keeping it separate. I can foresee a lot of headaches from having multiples accounts for Furnished Finder and the OTA's.
