STR/Midterm rentals - Albany

Hello

I'm looking to invest in a STR/MTR in the Albany area. Not a local, but have experience investing in LTRs/MFs elsewhere. Looking to start to build a team, but first would like to get a sense of the market and good areas for the STR/MTR in Albany?
