New Haven, CT Short & Mid-Term Rentals

I'm considering investing in New Haven, CT as Yale is the largest hospital network in the U.S. (for traveling nurses/visiting physicians), Yale students/visiting families (for short-term), adjunct professors, researchers, grad students etc. 

Does anyone have experience in this market, have any specific guidance or recommend any investor-friendly agents I could connect with? Thank you very much in advance!
