Hi I'm looking to rent to traveling healthcare workers but I don't know where to start as far as where the house should be located. I was thinking of course near a hospital and/clinic. Does any one have experience with this?

Yep! This can be as lengthy as you want it to be. Start with posting on furnished finder and airbnb/vrbo but limiting minimum stay to 30 days. Then, prospect like crazy.
