Hello All, 

Rookie investor here, I am looking for my next property in Hamilton/Trenton/Ewing NJ areas and was thinking about doing Mid term rentals for professionals. does anybody have MTR experience in NJ or surrounding areas? I am looking to understand how to to understand demand and analyze market. thanks
