I am wondering does MTR units still catering to travel nurses because the COVID has been phased out? without having much demand from nurses, how this MTR business is doing for investors?

I would suggest looking at Furnished Finder (https://www.furnishedfinder.com/housing/New-York/New-York) to see what type of MTRs are listed in you area as well as Airbnb and VRBO for 30+ day stays. As always when a space gets more competitive it's important to do everything you can to stand out from the competition
