Hawaii mid term rentals

Anyone having success doing mid term rentals? Would like to learn more. I am looking into renting to listing on Airbnb and furnish finder for my mid term rental since Honolulu is not really short term rental friendly outside of the tourist areas.

Would like to hear others experience doing mid term rentals in Oahu.

Aloha @John Cruz, we run a few MTR's on Oahu. The demand is pretty high especially if you are near Hospitals and Military Bases. Furnish finders has been great resource!!!
