Corporate Housing Arbitrage: Still Worth It in 2025?

The corporate housing model used to be gold — long stays, predictable pay, and minimal turnover. But is it still worth doing in 2025?

From what I’m seeing, the market’s shifted:

Companies are more cost-conscious.

Some prefer stipends over direct housing.

But relocation and healthcare contracts are booming.

Corporate arbitrage still works — if you adapt. Focus on relationships, not just listings. Build trust with relocation agents, recruiters, and admin staff handling employee housing.

I’ve personally seen great success securing corporate leases without Airbnb — all through direct partnerships.

Anyone else here still doing corporate housing? What’s working for you this year?
