Why Midterm Rentals Are the Smart Move in 2025

Airbnb markets are oversaturated, travel trends are shifting, and cities are tightening STR rules. But midterm rentals? They're thriving.

Here’s why:

-Corporate relocations are rising again.

-Traveling professionals want furnished flexibility.

-Landlords want stable tenants, not weekenders.

The MTR model hits the perfect balance between profit and peace of mind.

Who else thinks 2025 is the year to scale MTRs?

For sure Nick! I got into the MTR game a few years ago by accident after realizing ABB was more work than I wanted to put into it. MTR has been a great balance - a bit less profit (not much) but like 80% less work/stress. I think the trend is in our favor.
