Veterans GPD strategy

Hi, 

I’m thinking about trying to help fight homelessness among veterans and found out about the Grants and Per Diem program for veterans. Does anyone have any experience with the program and how to get started as a landlord? We’re looking at opening a transitional housing facility in San Antonio TX.
