Screening Canadian renters?

I have a midterm rental and a Canadian digital nomad wants to rent from me. I don't know how to screen her. I have Turbo tenant, but I just emailed their customer support and they can't screen Canadians unless they've had a US address, which this person has not. Does anyone have suggestions on how to screen such a person? Thanks!
