Any one Have Experience with Nova's Nests

Kevin Brown
Posted

I have a potential insurance placement from Nova's Nests but they won't complete the application I usually use in the name of the tenant (apartments.com).

And they won't let the tenant's name be on the lease.

For other leases with 3rd party payers the tenant still goes on the lease and there is a clause for a third party payer.

In this case only Nova's Nests would be on the lease.  There does seem to be language about Nova's Nests being financial responsible in the event of damage, or eviction.

It seems to be a legitimate business, but as I understand it in IL the tenant will get tenant's rights after 30 days.

Has anyone worked with Nova's Nests before?

Thanks,

Kevin
