Alabama Series LLC Operating Agreement

I'm looking for an example of an Alabama Series LLC Operating Agreement or for a quote on how much it would cost to set up one up. I created a series LLC with a company, but they don't offer operating agreements for them since they're fairly new. I thought I could find an example of one on the internet, but I haven't been able to. So, I'm looking for an example or for an attorney with experience setting them up to give me a quote on what that would take. Thanks in advance for your help!
