Revocable Trust issue

I need help with a revocable trust. I am the beneficiary of a trust and not able to control any of the assets within. The trustees are all out of the country or across the country. 

I can't afford move away to get a new job or go to school because I am paying for the expenses of the house in the trust. I been thinking about renting out the house but been told that would be risky if someone was to sue and I should get the assets out first so I can have leverage.
