I am planning on purchasing foreign property using equity crowdfunding funding. Proportional equity share would be issued to investors and fundraiser which purchase the property in the fundraisers’ name. However, is it legal though?

What makes you want to do this in a foreign fund as opposed to a fund located in the same nation as you? Are you in the U.S.?
