Creating GP and LPs

Hello,

I was suggested by an attorney firm free consultation that it would be better for my situation to create a GP in Wyoming and then that GP holding rental properties in other states as LPs. I am wondering if there are any good resources that I can do this by myself to save huge legal fees for this task.
