Real Estate Attorney

Jennifer Sharp
Posted

Looking for a real estate attorney to review a contract I have with a federal entity, basically, I need an attorney to interpret it based on the law.  Looking for a large firm with small-town offices that has a lawyer with local knowledge (Terra Bella/Porterville) yet ties to horsepower so they can source as necessary. I can give more details as needed.

Buchalter is by far one of the best I've used. They have a national presence with local expertise and fantastic real estate specialization (Contracts and everything else). I don't think they have Bakersfield offices but they do have Sacramento offices.
