Setting up an single member LLC in Colorado

I own several properties in various states.  I am looking to move then into LLCs.  It was suggested to me that Colorado was the best place to do this.  Any information about how to go about doing this is appreciated.  

I am in the process of buying a home now- that is probably easier to set up than moving my existing homes into an LLC.... one thing at a time..
