Attorney to review a lease

Hello. I am looking for an attorney to review a lease for a property in Summerville, SC. I currently have a duplex with one side vacant and one side occupied and am looking for some advice about the current lease and the one that I hope to have signed soon! I have the BP template for SC and am wondering about modifying some words in it to suit my rental a little better. Thanks in Advance!
