Hello! New to the group. Have a property that I'm looking to rent STR for the summer months in NJ


Anyone willing to share or link to me a template for  NJ specific short term rental agreement for vacation rental purposes.. I will be reviewing attorney but just want to get a feel of it so I can be prepared in advance of attorney meetings.

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
