Deed and Will
HELP!! I have an elderly person who was taken advantage of and pressed to sign a deed for home with a family member. The deed states that upon her death, he gets the home.
However, she made a will that was witnessed by several individuals. My question is can I get this deed overturned or get a new deed and get him removed from the home or what options do I have? She also signed and wrote a letter stating she was forced into signing, when all of this occurred.
