Property management legal action

Hey guys, looking for someone out there who could help myself and my business partner.

We have had this property for about a year and a half. Long story short, tenant had some disability issues, got into a program that paid us the rent etc…

We got the tenant out and looking to sell the property, however, the property has been absolutely destroyed. To the point where we strongly feel the property management team neglected our property and did not manage in our financial interests at all.

Looking to connect with someone who has interest in dealing with taking legal action against the management company.

Property is in Minnesota and myself and business partner are both out of state.

Thank you 🙏🏼

@Sam Gleadle have been a paid, expert witness a few times in lawsuits against other PMCs in our area and unfortunately, the owner NEVER gets much of value out of the cases:(

You'll need a copy of your management contract to show any attorney and that contract better be VERY specific.

Othwerwise, you'll just be wasting your time and money.
