Attorney for eviction?

Kristin OGrady
Posted

We have a condo and there is now mold in it.  Despite the lease requiring the tenants to leave the AC running, they have turned it off and created this issue.  They haven't paid in several months as we have tried to remediate the issue.  Their belongings, they claim, also need to be remediated (of course, they let their renters insurance lapse).  Anyway, their lease ends this month and they show no signs of leaving.  The property manager is advising us to retain an attorney.  Does anyone have a good attorney who can get these tenants evicted so we can move on?

What type of property manager do you have?

Most PMCs will handle evictions for their clients.
