Preparing to Make Offers – Need a Strong Philly Real Estate Attorney
I'm preparing to make offers on multifamily investment properties in Philadelphia and am looking to add an investor-friendly real estate attorney to my team.
My focus is BRRRR-style 2–4 unit and small multifamily properties. I'm looking for someone experienced with investment property acquisitions, due diligence, zoning and licensing issues, lease review, LLC structuring, and closings.
