REVA Appointment Setter Best Practices/Successes?

Ask other investors specifically using REVA and respective Philippine cold callers/appointment setters? If so, what success have you had, and any tips and tricks? Especially with training your VA? Our goal is to have her keep the call going as long as she can and set the viewing appointment. Would love to swap our knowledge in return, we've been researching for a bit.
