BO FAMILY I’ve been in the real estate game for about 9 years now, mostly on the investing and renovation side. Over the years I’ve bought properties, learned the ins and outs of rehabs, dealt with contractors, and experienced all the ups and downs that come with real estate. Recently I hit a milestone I’m really proud of I sold my first property that i ever purchased in 2018 . That moment really made me reflect on the journey and everything I’ve learned through the process. Because of that experience, I decided to take things a step further and get my real estate license. I realized that being both an investor and an agent gives me a huge advantage. I understand what investors look for in deals, how to analyze renovations, and how stressful the buying and selling process can be — because I’ve lived it myself. My goal now is to continue investing while also helping others buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I’m especially interested in connecting with other investors who are looking for opportunities, partnerships, or just want to share knowledge. Real estate has definitely been a long journey for me, but I feel like I’m just getting started. Looking forward to learning from everyone here and building with the BiggerPockets community.
