My Journey - From Advisor to Founder
My name is Abu Nahyan Al Nuaimi, and my journey in real estate has been built over more than seven years in the Dubai market.
Today, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlantis Real Estate, but the journey started long before the title.
Over the years, I have worked with investors from different countries, cultures, and financial backgrounds. That exposure taught me that real estate is never just about the property.
It is about the person behind the investment.
Their goals.
Their family.
Their capital.
Their risk tolerance.
And what they are ultimately trying to build.
That philosophy gradually shaped the way I built my career.
I did not want to become known simply as another broker selling whatever development was being promoted that month.
I wanted to understand investment, wealth, markets, risk, and capital.
Real estate became one part of a much broader investment journey for me.
Along the way, I have been involved in investments across real estate, agriculture, steel, and gold, which gave me a very different perspective on how money behaves across different asset classes.
Eventually, that experience became the foundation behind Atlantis Real Estate.
Building Atlantis Real Estate
Atlantis was built around a simple principle:
We are investors first.
That means looking at opportunities from the same side of the table as the client.
Before recommending an investment, I want to understand the numbers, the risks, the market, the exit strategy, and whether the opportunity actually deserves the investor's capital.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with and advising investors internationally, with our reach extending to audiences across more than 120 countries.
My work today goes beyond individual property transactions.

Today, I continue to lead Atlantis Real Estate in Dubai while building my personal platform as Abu Nahyan.
I share my views on Dubai real estate, investment markets, wealth, economic development, infrastructure, and the opportunities and risks I see as an investor and advisor.
I have also built a professional community of more than 53,000 followers on LinkedIn, connecting with investors, business owners, professionals, and people interested in the Dubai market.
My philosophy has remained simple:
Protect the capital first. Grow it second.
Opportunities will always exist.
The difficult part is knowing which ones deserve your money.
That is the journey I am still building today.
