Would anyone have any wholesaling contracts/ addendum's they've used here in IL.

Also looking for some start up advice from some people that have a couple wholesale deals under there belts. Any title company or attorney referrals would be great! I'm looking to do back-to-back closings with Hud, Reo, and short sales?

Also, the best transactional funding I can find is 1.75% for 24hrs + $375 up front processing fee?
