Purchasing first list from list source...
I am thinking about purchasing my first list from listsource it has 3000 houses on it.
Do you think I should start out with a smaller list until I have more experience and have my systems in place or is this one fine? how many do you think I should mail out every week? And what do you think the likelihood of me finding a deal is?
