Advise needed on locating Businesses FSBO.
I've decided to try a new niche other than wholesaling property. I'm looking for business owners who want to sell their business without the property. Other than cold calling every business in the phone book or Craigslist, does anyone have any suggestion, any websites you know of, to help locate businesses?
